Finicky Window Cleaning & Pressure Cleaning is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as High-Rise Window Cleaning Technicians.
Previous window cleaning experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety.

What You'll Do
- Assist with professional window cleaning projects
- Learn and perform exterior and interior window cleaning
- Work as part of a professional window cleaning crew
- Follow all safety procedures and training
- Properly use and care for company tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work outdoors in Florida weather
- Learn to work safely and professionally at elevated heights
- Communicate respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
- Represent Finicky professionally at customer properties

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
