We are growing fast and need another Operations Manager to join the team who can run the day-to-day operation, develop leaders, and hold the standard for quality and accountability.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Leading multiple departments and crews across several active projects

  • Managing project execution from planning through completion

  • Ensuring crews have labour, equipment, materials, and support to succeed

  • Holding crew leaders accountable to performance standards

  • Hiring, coaching, developing, and (when needed) terminating employees

  • Managing schedules, job sequencing, and resource allocation

  • Reviewing job costs, timelines, and quality

  • Supporting estimating and job planning for upcoming work

  • Building systems that improve efficiency, safety, and consistency

  • Acting as the main operational problem-solver for your departments when things go wrong

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in operations management, project management, or construction management

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience managing projects over $20,000

  • Direct experience hiring, managing, and leading field employees

  • You are comfortable making decisions that affect people and projects

  • Strong communication and leadership presence

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment

Preferred Additional Experience

  • Background in construction, restoration, maintenance, or trades

  • Estimating or job costing experience

  • Experience with safety-critical or high-access work

  • Experience developing supervisors or crew leaders

  • Process improvement or systems-building experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • $65,000–$75,000 salary (based on experience) + Performance based bonuses
