We’re seeking an experienced exterior cleaning technician to support our growing business and perform the job duties and company standards outlined below:
Core Responsibilities
- Perform ladder-based and ground-level Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, and Pressure Washing across residential and commercial properties
- Follow professional-grade window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing procedures
- Maintain organized and timely job notes, client details, and time records in our system

Communicate frequently and effectively with customers, teammates, and office management about schedules, progress, and site work
- Follow company and OSHA safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and professional job-site
Must Have Qualifications:
- Professional experience (1-3 years) in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, or pressure washing
- Active & Valid Drivers License. A clean driving and personal record, and a reliable vehicle for transportation
- Demonstrable organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-rise, rope-descent, or specialized access work
- Familiarity with fall-protection systems, harnesses, anchors, and safety protocols
- SPRAT or IRATA certification (or prior equivalent experience)

Compensation & Growth
- Full-time W2 role
- Job-based pay
- Annual earnings range: $55,000–$70,000
- Advancement: Our team is held to high standards/expectations in all aspects of their work, including both field and administrative duties. High performers are recognized, rewarded, and eligible for advancement within our organization. Our average tenure is 4.5 years. This role is not a fit for someone seeking temporary work or puts forth minimal effort.
