Our company provides a white glove service so attention to every detail is a must. Our office is in Dunedin and the majority of our customers are located throughout Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties.

Outbound Call Representative - What You’ll Be Doing:
· Be the first friendly point of contact, setting appointments and answering questions about our services.
· Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates and follow up on leads.
· Keep our schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for our field techs.
· Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop.
· Handle light administrative tasks like document edits and customer follow-ups.
Who We’re Looking For in out Outbound Call Representative:
· A people person with a warm, clear phone voice who enjoys engaging with customers.
· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
· Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus!).
· You are a professional: You keep your desk neat, clean, and organized so everything’s handy and ready for use.
· You’ll learn our software, understand job-scopes, and estimating.
· Dress code is business casual.
· Ability to pass a background check.
