What You’ll Be Doing:

· Be the first friendly point of contact, setting appointments and answering questions about our services.

· Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates and follow up on leads.

· Keep our schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for our field techs.

· Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop.

· Handle light administrative tasks like document edits and customer follow-ups.

Who We’re Looking For:

· A people person with a warm, clear phone voice who enjoys engaging with customers.

· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.

· Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus!).

· You are a professional: You keep your desk neat, clean, and organized so everything’s handy and ready for use.

· You’ll learn to use our software, understand job-scopes, and estimating too, because you’ll know that this keeps everyone
informed, from the customer to the service experts to the team here at the office.

· You dress in business casual, and have the ability to pass a drug and background check.

· Someone who brings positive energy and enjoys working on a friendly, supportive team.
