This role requires flexibility with every day slightly different, between working in the field with the crew with pressure washing, gutters and roof cleanings to making deliveries and supplying job sites with the tools and equipment needed. Also having time in the shop making sure the tools and equipment are repaired (or taken in for service) and ready for the next project.
- Priority - Accurately loading working equipment in vehicles, checking and refreshing stock items, restock vehicles as they come in, refueling vehicles.
- Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).
- All season indoor and outdoor work, ladder work a plus as well as pressure washing experience.
- Position requires an eye for detail and a person who takes pride in cleaning.
- Support in performing basic maintenance of small engine equipment and fleet vehicles including minor repairs as needed.
- Track repairs on Google sheets, updating all vehicle information regularly.
- Technology adept- we have app based timesheets and need to have the awareness of switching between tasks with notes.
- Assisting with testing and preparing equipment for different projects, including assembling tool and project kits for field teams.
- Assist with organizing shop equipment, tools, and product inventory, thinking ahead for what might need to be ordered and purchased in advance.
- Helping inventory and track equipment.
- Complete light duty general building and yard maintenance around the shop
- Deliver equipment to field employees in the Seattle area.
- Provide basic handyman services as needed (light bulb replacement, etc.).
- Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Mechanically inclined, background with pressure washing machines a plus.
- Communicates clearly with Office and Management including both verbal and messaging.
- Follow through with notice when tasks are completed is a necessity.
- Good driving record required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an aptitude for technology- we use Google Chats for messaging.
- Team player mentality and a positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Desire to continuously learn and improve
- Ability to drive using a manual transmission vehicle
- Honest work ethic, self motivated.
- Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs
- Able to pick up and carry 50- 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- History of small equipment repair

- Full time work all year around with 5 paid holidays
- Paid weekly
- Starting Wages from $25-$35 per hour DOE, Overtime available with Management approval.

We specialize in difficult to clean buildings, taking care of high rise, low rise and residential properties.
