Blue Gander Window Cleaning is expanding! We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Window Cleaners and General Laborers. No experience? No problem! We provide full training and all the tools you'll need to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Window and gutter cleaning, pressure washing using a gas-powered water gun.
- Installation of holiday lights (October to December).
- Flexible hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM, with optional weekend shifts available on a volunteer basis.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation for commuting.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and fluency in English.
- A smartphone with a data plan for business use.
- Physical capability to manage cleaning and lifting tasks, including handling equipment like 38’ ladders and power washers.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work at heights.
Experience in related fields such as roofing, landscaping, or general labor is a plus, but not required.
