Located in Boise, Idaho, Blue Gander Window Cleaning is a leader in residential and commercial window cleaning across the Treasure Valley. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service while fostering a healthy, positive, and fun work environment.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our growing company! If you enjoy talking on the phone, thrive in a fast-paced office environment, enjoy working with a supportive team, and have a passion for organization and customer service, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure client satisfaction through post-service follow-ups and prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Make multiple phone calls to follow up with unresolved estimates, leads, and reminders of service due.
  • Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Price jobs/services and create estimates.
  • Schedule and coordinate services, manage delays, and communicate with customers and technicians.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through post-service follow-ups and prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain seamless workflows.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members for a smooth transition.
  • Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and office supplies (including snacks!).
  • Oversee office maintenance, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Report office progress and propose operational improvements to senior management.
  • Take on new tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
