We are looking for Teammates to join our High Rise Division of the Company. As a member of our team you will learn to use rope access skill for tasks ranging from window washing to building restoration and new construction cleans.

Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis

Any background or experience with ropes and/or window cleaning is required.

What We Do:

We are General Contractors in the building maintenance industry in the Puget Sound Region. We specialize in difficult to clean buildings, taking care of high rise, low rise and residential properties. Having been in this industry for over 25 years, we strive to bring the highest quality service to our customers.

We provide:

Interior and exterior window cleaning
Exterior building and ground floor pressure washing
Building restoration
Glass restoration
Work with stone, brick, concrete, painting, etc.
Building photo survey including envelope inspections
Caulking and water proofing
Humane bird deterrents installation
Lift Services with our lightweight BlueLift B72, for interior atriums and hard to reach indoor/outdoor areas
And many more services, depending on what our Customers request

For example, we at Outlook have invested in pure water technology for cleaning as well as a lightweight specialty hybrid lift for difficult to reach areas. We employ many different methods of access, including bosun chair, swing stage, ladder, and man lift.
