Valid driver's license
Must be 18 or over per our insurance.
Background Check
Authorized to work in the USA
In good physical condition and can lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work at ladder heights.

Compensation: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Position Type: Permanent, full time (40 hours per week)

Description of Duties:

Lead pressure cleaning and window cleaning teams to complete high quality work orders on budget
Experience with using step ladders and extension ladders.
Work with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Complete cleaning work using the latest and best equipment in the industry.
Drive, maintain, and stock a Bethany Associates window cleaning truck.
Complete Bethany Associates Window Cleaning training and development program.

Skills and Requirements:

Experience with window cleaning duties.
Experience with pulling a trailer.
Experience operating a pressure washer.
Management experience in any field.
Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively.
Ability to lead teams and motivate others.
Job task planning and organization.
Comfortable with heights.
Clean Driving Record.

Compensation: $11-$16/hour depending on experience.
